We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) as standard payment methods. For certain orders and established accounts, we may also accommodate Western Union and PayPal. All payments are quoted and settled in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.

Our standard terms require a 30%–50% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of shipping documents (as specified in the Proforma Invoice). The exact deposit ratio depends on the order type, product category, and order volume.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Due to fluctuations in raw material costs and exchange rates, we recommend confirming orders promptly. We will notify you if any price adjustments are necessary beyond the validity period.

Standard products: 7–15 business days after deposit confirmation. OEM/customized products: 20–45 business days depending on complexity and order volume. We provide estimated lead times in every quotation and keep you updated throughout production.

We ship worldwide via air freight, sea freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Supported Incoterms include FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, and DDP. The most suitable shipping method and trade term will be recommended based on your location, order size, and urgency. Shipping costs are quoted separately.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we provide a tracking number and carrier details within 24 hours. For sea freight, we share the Bill of Lading (B/L) and vessel schedule. You can track your shipment in real time through the carrier's website or contact our logistics team for updates.

MOQ varies by product category. Standard off-the-shelf products: 1 unit (sample orders welcome). OEM/customized products: typically 100–500 units depending on the model and customization level. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will advise on the applicable MOQ.

Yes. We provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services including custom branding (logo printing, packaging design), firmware customization (frequency bands, channel configurations, protocols), and hardware modifications. Our engineering team will work with you from specification through to production. A detailed requirements document and a minimum order quantity apply.

Absolutely. We encourage sample orders for evaluation before committing to volume purchases. Samples are typically shipped within 3–7 business days via express courier. Sample costs may be credited toward your subsequent bulk order, subject to our prior agreement.

Our products carry certifications relevant to industrial communication hardware, including CE (European Conformity), FCC (Federal Communications Commission), RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and ATEX (for intrinsically safe models used in explosive atmospheres). Specific certifications vary by product model. Certification documents are available upon request.

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement for qualifying defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for products with manufacturing defects or specifications that do not match the Proforma Invoice. Customized/OEM products are non-returnable except for quality defects. All return requests require prior written approval and photographic evidence. Approved returns are handled via replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion.

Yes. We provide comprehensive after-sales technical support including product setup guidance, programming assistance, troubleshooting, and firmware updates. Support is available via email, WhatsApp, and WeChat during business hours (GMT+8, Monday–Saturday). For large-scale deployments, we also offer remote training sessions for your team.
